Rebecca's unwavering commitment to the community and compassion to assist others has been a constant through her career and life’s journey. Her dedication to giving back to the community has taken various forms, including serving on the boards of different organizations, engaging in fundraising activities, and tirelessly advocating for the principle that EVERYONE deserves access to high-quality, compassionate care, as well as excellent customer service. Rebecca has also taken her advocacy to Jefferson City, to Washington D.C., other state capitol buildings, championing healthcare issues and representing the voices of many who may otherwise go unheard.

Beyond her public service, Rebecca is the Founder and CEO of Mankin Consulting, LLC, a company dedicated to helping businesses boost their revenues, cut expenses, refine business processes, and achieve their strategic goals and objectives. Mankin Consulting primarily focuses on assisting Health Centers, Rural Health Centers, and other Nonprofits. These endeavors are yet another demonstration of Rebecca's profound commitment to the community and provide her with an opportunity to apply her talents in a distinctive and fulfilling manner.
