United Way of Pettis (UWPC) County Board of Directors is seeking a new full-time Executive Director.

The UWPC Executive Director will facilitate the overall operation of the United Way of Pettis County Modern United Way impact model, working with other stakeholders to advocate for Hunger Initiatives, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Initiatives, and Childhood Literacy, work collaboratively with area service organizations and community partners. The Director will lead the creation and implementation of a strategic plan and lead a high performing board of directors.  The best candidate will have the ability: to manage multiple projects with a high degree of organization and time management; to work as both a self-directed individual and a team player; to think strategically, problem solve, fundraise and communicate effectively, including to small and large audiences.

 Five years experience in the human service management, familiar with a non-profit environment, community event planning, fundraising and strategic planning management and group facilitation desired.  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
