American Red Cross (660-827-0618) - CPR training, Swim lessons, water safety programs, emergency aid at fires or disasters, emergency utilities and housing, emergency assistance for military personnel and their families.
Association for Persons with Disabilities (660-826-1248) – Provides financial assistance for adaptive equipment, home modifications, summer camp, therapy, and other services needed by individuals with disabilities.
Blind of Central Missouri (660-826-8235) - Support group that provides transportation, home aids, telephone assistance, support meetings and recreational activities for the blind.
Boys and Girls Club (660-826-8331) – Provides life-enriching programs to youth ages 6-18 with a foucs on academic success, healthy life choices, healthy life skills, citizenship and character development.
Boy Scouts, Great Rivers Council (1-800-726-8852) – Provides programs that stress positive fun-filled education activities that prepare today’s Scouts to be tomorrow’s leaders.
C.A.C.T.U.S. (Community And Children Teaming Up 4 Success) (660-827-0263) - Supports the education of the students in Pettis County by acquiring and distributing school supplies.
Child Safe (660-829-3434) –Child Safe of Central Missouri, Inc.'s mission is To Respond to and Prevent Child Abuse, Help Families Heal, and Restore Childhood Hope.  
Citizens Against Spouse Abuse (660-827-5559) – provides shelter, food, job training opportunities, professional services, medical and legal, to victims of domestic violence.
Civil Air Patrol Cadets (660-647-2882) - Develops young people through physical fitness, leadership training, aerospace education, community service and moral leadership training.
The Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri (1-800-764-3663) - Supplies free food to local food pantries, shelters for the abused and children's and senior programs in Pettis County.
Girl Scouts, Heart of MO Council (1-877-312-4764) – Is open to all girls ages 5-17, this leadership program builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place and includes activities at Camp Sacajawea.
Meals on Wheels (660-826-5039) – Provides hot nutritious noon meals for shut-ins, handicapped, the elderly or anyone who is unable to prepare a balanced meal at home.
Melita Day Pre School (660-827-4334)- Received a Community Impact Grant for their school readiness curriculum to prepare Pre-K students for Kindergarten.  
Open Door Ministries (660-827-1613) – Provides a food pantry and thrift shop, utility, prescription drug, rent, and shelter assistance, at no cost to low-income families.
Pettis County DARE Program (660-827-4001) - Provides an educational program to prevent use of controlled substances, membership in  gangs, and violent behavior.
Pettis County 4-H (660-827-0591) – Assists youth (from 5 to 18 years of age) both in town and rural communities in developing citizenship, leadership and life skills.
Pettis County Community Partnership (660-827-0560) - Works in collaboration with area agencies, schools, churches and volunteers to identify gaps in the community and design and implement solutions to these problems, match community assets with community needs, and act as a catalyst for action and serve as a clearinghouse for information, availability and exchange.
Salvation Army (660-826-1525) -    Help with utility assistance, counceling and operates a thrift store.
Sedalia Senior Center (660-826-0713) – Offers a complete complement of programs, meals, transportation and activities to foster fellowship and support healthy independent living for senior citizens of Pettis County.
Show-Me Christian Youth  Home (660-347-5982) – Provides children with a loving, stable home when unable to reside with parents because of abuse, neglect or abandonment.
Smithton R-VI Schools (660-343-5318)-Received a Community Impact Grant for their school readiness curriculum to prepare Pre-K students for Kindergarten.
